The whole apartment is recently renovated, it is spacious, comfortable and is accessed by lift. From its 6th floor you have a nice view of the area.

The apartment has a shared living space for the use of guests including a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can have meals and a chat with the host and other guests.

If needed, the room also has space for an extra regular sized bed.

Registration and Tourist Tax

During the check in you will be asked to show your IDs or Passport for registration practices and to pay the Venice Tourist Tax in cash.

Currently, the tax rate is 4 €/night for each guest over 16 years old.
The children between 10 and 16 years old pay only 2 €/night.
Children under the age of 10 and disabled people are exempt from paying the tax.

The tax is payable by all those who stay overnight for the first 5 consecutive days of stay.

Between 1 January and 31 January the tax is reduced of an additional 50%.

My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?

Usually, check-in is between 03:00 PM and 10:00 PM but based on the availability of the flat, you can request early check in or leave your luggage in the apartment.

Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?

The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories for preparing and eat the meals

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation for 48 hours after your reservation.
80% refund for cancellation 15 days before the check-in.
50% refund for cancellation 7 days before the check-in.
No refund for cancellation done on the check-in day or in the next days.
