About Flat

All our flats are newly renovated in a contemporary design. Their room style been focused on detail, making the rooms looks more spacious and bright.
Every flat has different bedrooms and a living area for meals and company. During your stay you will have access to fully equipped kitchen. In some of them there are also balconies where you can have your morning coffee or a cigarette.
Each bedroom is equipped with large, comfortable beds, wardrobes and useful drawers; the rooms’ layout and all furnishings are designed to make you feel at home and to facilitate your daily routine.

Our apartments are excellent stay places for make your Venice experience memorable!

Our modern and comfortable flats are located in strategic positions, with several bus lines taking you to Venice city centre in 10 minutes (buses leaving every 10 mins, running 24/7).
There is also a direct bus line to Marco Polo Airport (Venice airport) and Mestre train and bus station is only a few steps away.
During the check in, in order to complete the procedures for notifying arrivals to the city authorities, you will have to:
– show your passport or national ID (for EU citizens);
– pay the Tourist Tax on cash. The tax amount will be 4 €/night for each guest over 16 hears hold. The children between 10 and 16 hears hold will pay 2 €/night. Children under the age of 10 will not be subject to this fee.
